• Online Payments are accepted using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies)
• DIGIMF will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund & Cancellation

• In cases where you pay more than the agreed price for services, the excess amount paid shall be refunded to your credit/debit within 21 working days from the date of requesting a refund.
• In cases where you intend to cancel your request for receiving any services, you may request for cancellation, subject to the fact that the services have not already been provided by DIGIMF.
